The Supreme Planning Committee of the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria approved, Tuesday, plans to build 200 new housing units in Metzad and 100 units in nearby Ibe Hanachal in the eastern part of the Gush Etzion bloc of Judean Jewish communities.
In addition, the educational institution in Gvaot in the western part of the Gush received approval for a permit that effectively authorizes it and paves the way for permanent construction on the site.
