Approximately 322,800 tourist entries were recorded in July, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics.
That's 10 percent more than July 2018 and 19.1 percent more than July 2017. In the period from January to July, 2.587 million tourist entries were recorded, as opposed to 2.356 million in the same period last year, an increase of 9.8 percent. Revenue from incoming tourism in July stood at 1.6 billion shekels, NIS 13.6 billion since the beginning of the year.
