Channel 13 News reports that a civilian employee of the Israel Defense Forces at the Tel Hashomer base was suffered critical injuries and another suffered light to moderate injuries, following the Tuesday-morning explosion of a fire extinguisher at a logistics facility on the base.
A Magen David Adom team evacuated the two, aged 40 and 50, to Sheba Hospital, where the employee with the critical injuries was pronounced dead.
