Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has expressed condolences to the victims of a car-bomb explosion near a hospital in the heart of Cairo, in which 20 civilians were killed and dozens injured.
Netanyahu added, "We stand by the Egyptian people in their battle against terrorism."
