The Foreign Ministry said, Monday, "Given the continued protests and demonstrations in Hong Kong, visitors are advised to stay up to date on events through the media and to heed the instructions of the local security forces. Also, be alert and stay away from the focal points of the protests."
A ministry statement added, "Due to the Israeli Consulate's proximity to the government buildings, it is advisable to those going to the consulate to make telephone contact to clarify routes and times of arrival."
