The Foreign Ministry on Sunday referred to the harsh allegations made by the Israeli ambassador to Panama Rada Mansour, following his delay by the airport authority at the Ben Gurion Airport entrance.
"The Foreign Ministry, in coordination with the Airports Authority, contacted the senior, veteran, and esteemed Ambassador Rada Mansour with the professionals of the Airports Authority in order to review the case," the Foreign Ministry statement said.
The statement also says "We believe that the encounter at the entry and exit points between citizens and visitors in Israel and public servants, including those who are security-oriented, should be done professionally and at the same time be done out of service and respect."
