Sudan citizen arrested on suspicion of killing Haifa dog

Police arrested a 48-year-old Sudanese citizen suspected of killing a dog in Haifa.

He is believed to have entered a home yard and attacked a dog with a bludgeon and fled the scene. He was arrested a short time later and brought to interrogation.
