A 24-year-old Karmiel resident has been arrested on suspicion of running a place used for gambling in the city.
Police discovered the business, which was hidden in a mall, on Wednesday, and seized a lot of equipment used for gambling and other aspects of thhe operation. The suspect was interrogated and is being brought to the Akko Magistrates Court on Thursdy for a hearing on extending his detention.
