Minister of Transportation Bezalel Smotrich commented on Twitter over Minister of Communications David Amsalem's approval of the easing of restrictions on the HOT company without it having to provide service in Judea and Samaria.
"The excuse that the Civil Administration is responsible for granting licenses to communications companies does not hold water. That itself is an abnormal situation that is unacceptable. The residents of Judea and Samaria are not second-class citizens, and there is no reason why they should not be the responsibility of the government."
