The head of the Gush Etzion Regional Council, Shlomo Neeman, responded to the publication, according to which Minister of Communications David Amsalem approved the easing of the restrictions on HOT such that it doesn't have to provide service in Judea and Samaria.
"The residents of Judea and Samaria do not receive a large part of the services that every Israeli citizen takes for granted. We are not second-class citizens, all the more true in the days of a right-wing government that often declares it sees us as part of the State of Israel."
