Quick planning of the dual-laning of Highway 60 from the Adam Junction to the Rechelim Junction led a number of projects to come out of a working meeting between the Binyamin Council and the Ministry of Transportation headed by Minister Bezalel Samotritz and the professionals in his ministry.
The planning is in response to a report that indicates the highway will be dangerous in three years under the status quo. Other projects include planning of dual laning on Route 465, planning for the upgrading of Route 935 from Dolev to Highway 443, a traffic light at the Shilo junction and an upgrading of the Rimonim Junction.
