The Syrian Human Rights Monitoring Center has reported 22 deaths in attacks by the Assad army and the Russian air force in the Idlib region, including a number of children.
At the same time, the Syrian regime's media reported massive rocket fire from the rebels at a neighborhood in the northern city of Aleppo. At least two children were killed and 10 wounded.
