The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv District Court against Avi Motola, former CEO of Africa Industries Ltd., Avihu Ivshitz, former chief financial officer of the Negev Group, and nine other former employees of the group.
The indictment accuses the defendants of reporting offenses under the Securities Law, falsifying corporate documents, offenses by managers and employees of the corporation, forgery, obtaining fraudulently under aggravated circumstances, and disrupting legal proceedings.
In addition to these offenses, the indictment attributes to Avi Motola and another former senior executive in Africa Industries the offenses of theft by a manager.
