Decision to deport child and mother to Philippines postponed 2 weeks

An appeals court has delayed by two weeks a decision on the deportation of Michael, 12, and his mother to the Philippines.

The pair will now remain in a detention facility until a hearing in the Court of Guardians to be held tomorrow.
