Indictment filed against arsonist of home of daycare provider

The Central District Attorney's Office recently filed an indictment in the District Court of the Central Region against Adir Ratzon, 19, of Karnei Shomron, for setting fire to a private home in Rosh Ha'ayin, where the daycare center of Carmel Ma'uda was located.
