A 35-year-old resident of Likiya was arrested on suspicion of insulting a civil servant making reference to race.
According to the suspicions, the man found himself amidst a weapons search at a local house, and after being told by a policeman that he was interfering with police work, the suspect replied: "You are an Ethiopian Negro cop. I don't want to talk to you, only the white cops."
