Shazar Boulevard in Jerusalem was closed this morning to private vehicles in both directions.
With the closure of the main route, work will begin on the construction of an underground tunnel on Shazar Boulevard for the passage of private cars, and an underground parking lot with 1,300 parking spaces will be completed by the end of 2022.
