A petition was filed on Tuesday in the District Court against the Petah Tikva Municipality, the Education Ministry and the Education Minister for refusing to register children of infiltrators in educational institutions for the next school year.
In addition, the petition demands to prevent separate kindergartens for children of infiltrators.
