A 23-year-old resident of eastern Jerusalem was arrested on suspicion of stealing a bag containing mobile phones from a 55-year-old man who was traveling with him in a taxi.
The police investigation revealed that the victim of the theft had stolen the phones from a couple of tourists himself.
Police arrested the 55-year-old man, and an indictment will be filed against the young man who stole the bag.
