Mossad chief Yossi Cohen said at the Herzliya Conference, "I say with certainty from Israeli intelligence sources that Iran is behind the attacks on tankers in the Gulf. They were approved by the Iranian leadership and carried out by the Revolutionary Guards."
He added that "the Mossad has a role in identifying opportunities for peace and advancing peace moves, because peace is a supreme value."
