Jerusalem-area psychiatric escapee turns himself in to police

A detainee from the Jerusalem suburb of Ma'aleh Adumim, who escaped two weeks ago from the Eitanim mental hospital in the Judean Hills west of Jerusalem, has turned himself in to the police.
