Executive Director Michal Gera Margaliot of the Israel Women's Network said this morning: "The rape of the 7-year-old girl in Binyamin shocked us, and the state must provide resources and do everything in its power to prevent sexual attacks. The rape of boys and girls is a terrifying thing, which must shock the system, but we as a society have the responsibility to act for the awareness and prevention of attacks against every woman and person."
She added, "The thought that our dear ones arrive at schools and educational institutions and that there is no guarantee of their personal safety is the nightmare of every parent. Our hope is to be a society that will eliminate sexual attacks."
