Police have arrested two public officials in a government ministry on suspicion of involvement in bribery, fraud and breach of trust as part of an investigation accompanied by the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office.
It is suspected that the suspects offered an energy company assistance in receiving vital approvals on several occasions in return for appointment to senior positions in the company and payment of bribes.
