A fortified structure for use in the event of missile strikes, which was set up a few weeks ago by the Keren Kayemet Leyisrael Jewish National Fund at the Quneitra observation point overlooking the Syrian border, has turned into a latrine, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
Journalist Rubi Hammerschlag posted a brief video clip of the waste inside the structure on his Twitter page.
