Police are investigating the drowning of a four-year-old boy in a pool without a lifeguard at a bed-and-breakfast in the Upper Galilee on Sunday. He was taken to Ziv/Sieff Hospital in Tzfat in critical condition.
About the same time, a six-year-old boy drowned at the Herbert Samuel Beach in Tel Aviv. He was taken to Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital in critical condition.
