Starting July 1st: Cancellation of the obligation to hold driver's and vehicle licences for bus and truck drivers.
This is the implementation of the second stage of the regulation, which exempts drivers from holding a driving license and a vehicle while driving. In the first stage, which took effect a year ago, the duty to hold a driver's and vehicle license for private and commercial vehicles was reduced to 3.5 tons, as well as for two-wheeled vehicles.
