Military Intelligence head: 'Hamas is very deterred from war'

"Hamas is very deterred from war, it has a growing sovereign commitment, Islamic Jihad is coordinated with Hamas, but its potential for proliferation is still high," said Military Intelligence Chief of Staff Brigadier General Tamir Heiman.
