United Hatzala medics from the Jerusalem branch saved the life of a toddler who was suffocating from a game piece while staying with a nanny in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood.
Yossi Polishuk said, "Together with motorcycle paramedics of United Hatzala, we arrived at the site within about a minute of receiving the call at the Hotline rescue center and we ran to a toddler who had a game piece stuck in his windpipe.
"We took action to save his life and managed to get the game part out of the windpipe. Thanks to the rapid treatment we saved his life and his condition is defined as good."
