The Islamic Jihad referred to the recent events on the Temple Mount: "The occupation will pay a price for attacks by the settlers, and it is responsible for the tension on the Mount.
"It is the right of the Palestinians to defend themselves and the holy places against attempts to provoke by the occupation," Islamic organization was quoted as saying in Kann News.
