Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi said at the emergency meeting of the Gulf states in Mecca on Thursday that he supports the establishment of a Palestinian state within the pre-1967 borders.
The Emir of Kuwait said at the same meeting that "any peace plan in the region should be based on the establishment of a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital."
