Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu is proposing to the Labor Party the Finance Ministry portfolio and three more portfolios, shelving the immunity law in return for joining the government.
According to the report, Gabbay is considering and consulting with his fellow party members in recent hours.
The Likud did not respond for comment.
