State Department spokeswoman Morgan Ortagus said on Tuesday that attacks on Syrian civilians and public infrastructure such as schools, markets and hospitals amount to “a reckless escalation of the conflict.”
Her comments came following the deaths of dozens of civilians in attacks by the Assad regime in Idlib.
