The North Korean Foreign Ministry attacked US National Security Adviser John Bolton and called him a "war monger" who erred in saying Pyongyang's recent missile tests were in violation of UN resolutions.
The Foreign Ministry said in Pyongyang that Bolton was working more to destroy peace and security than to maintain them. It also claimed that giving up missile tests meant giving up North Korea's right to self-defense.
