The London-based pan-Arabic newspaper Ash-Sharq Al-Awsat reports that progress has been made in the efforts of senior United States State Department official David Satterfield to resolve the issue of delineating the maritime border between Lebanon and Israel.
The American official returned to Beirut yesterday after holding talks in Israel.
