The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court released Arik Lederman, 65, a resident of Herzliya Pituah, who spat at the Polish Ambassador.
According to Lederman, the guards in the area did not let him enter the embassy and called him a derogatory name. Lederman also said he did not know that he was an ambassador at the time of the incident.
