Between January and March, 5,750 new dwellings were sold, down 11.4% from the previous three months, according to data published today by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
In the area of construction of non-sale dwellings (independently-constructed homes, building associations and homes built for private parties), there was a decrease of 5.8% compared with the previous quarter.
