Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his attorneys reached a temporary arrangement to pay an advance payment for their fees in order to overcome the initial obstacle to examining the materials for a pre-indictment hearing on corruption charges.
Netanyahu's staff said, "The prime minister insists on his right to receive financial aid for his legal defense, like every public figure, in light of the huge amounts that the state has spent on his case. Therefore, the attorneys of Prime Minister Netanyahu asked to receive the investigative material."
