Tel Aviv stocks off to positive start despite Teva losses

Most of the common-stock indices at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange opened Tuesday trading with modest gains.

Israeli generic-drug giant Teva was down 2.46 percent, after suffering double-digit losses in Tel Aviv and New York on Monday.
