Hamas has expressed satisfaction with the introduction of Qatari money into Gaza Strip, according to Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar.
At the same time, a source in the organization made it clear that "the grant is not the only item of the understandings. Delaying the implementation of the prisoner agreement could lead to a renewed explosion in the region."
