At least 10 people were wounded by gunfire in a demonstration in Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, on Monday. Local doctors said some of the wounded were in serious condition.
The gunfire erupted when clashes broke out between Sudanese security forces and protesters who were blocking the streets.
