The Rishon Lezion Magistrates Court has sentenced Yossi Ben David, the former mayor of Yehud-Monosson, to seven months of community service, a suspended sentence and a 50,000-shekel fine under a plea bargain for fraud and breach of trust.
As part of the arrangement, Ben David has resigned from his position as a member of the Yehud-Monosson City Council.
