The local planning and building committee in Jerusalem approved the deposit in the district committee of two new building plans in Jerusalem.
Plan 635938 is for the construction of a new residential complex on the northern side of Givat Masua neighborhood - Derech Chaim Kolitz, with 706 housing units including public buildings, commerce, employment and open areas to the public.
In addition, Plan 452490 was approved to demolish an existing building on P. Z. Hayut Street 5 in Neve Yaakov and the construction of four new buildings in its place, 13, 14 and 15 floors, which will include 235 housing units.
