Chairman Yisrael Ganz of the Binyamin Regional Council said, Sunday evening, "The first step of the new Netanyahu government must be a declaration of the application of Israeli sovereignty over all areas of settlement in Judea and Samaria."
Responding to a report on Channel 12 News that the United States is expected to agree to such a declaration, Ganz explained, "We must not miss this historic opportunity, which is unlikely to return." Taking a page from the Talmud, he concluded, "If not now, when?"
