Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit appealed to Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon this morning, following previous petitions on the matter, asking him to carry out a Supreme Court ruling to adopt the recommendation of the Prices Committee and sign an order to raise the government-supervised prices of milk.
Mandelblit noted in his letter that if the delay in carrying out the ruling continues, petitioner Tnuva may appeal to the court and undertake a procedure to enforce the ruling. A letter by the attorney general said, "The execution of the judgments handed down against the state is an essential component in building the public's trust in the government and state institutions."
