US envoy to Iran, Brian Hawk, responded to Iran's decision to withdraw from part of the nuclear agreement signed by the powers in 2015.
"We will not be hostage to Iran's nuclear blackmail," Hawk said. "Outside the deal, we can deal much better with Iranian activity to destabilize the Middle East."
"The pressure campaign of the Trump administration has had a positive effect," he said. "We will continue to exert pressure until the leaders of Iran run like a normal country."
