Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu attended the memorial ceremony for the victims of hostilities on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
"Murderous terror has become a global epidemic. It's time for the civilized world to act on a united front against barbarism.
"We understand this very well and have been fighting terror for a hundred years. It didn't break our spirit, prevent our independence, or prevent the building of our State."
