The State Prosecutor's Office has officially informed Mickey Ganor of the cancellation of the state's-witness agreement with him as part of the investigation into alleged improprieties in Israel's purchase of submarines from a German company.
In a letter sent to Ganor's attorneys, the Prosecutor's Office announced that Ganor had violated the state's agreement with him, due to the delivery of versions that differ materially from previous versions that he gave shortly after signing the agreement. In addition, from March 23, until Ganor was released to house arrest, Ganor decided to stop cooperating and began to maintain the right to remain silent.
