Senior Israeli officials have told News 13 that Israeli intelligence, especially the Mossad, has acquired a significant amount of information about Iran's preparations for a terrorist attack against a target of the US or its allies in the Gulf.
The officials noted that the information was transferred to the Americans and was part of the basis for the American decision to reinforce its forces with another aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf.
