Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred to the plane disaster at the Sheremetyevo airport in which 41 people were killed.
“I send condolences to President Putin and the Russian people over the loss of life in the plane disaster in Moscow. We stand by the Russian people in this difficult hour," Netanyahu said.
