In an interview to be published fully tomorrow in Yisrael Hayom, Major "Ayin", head of the Central Command's economic warfare division, reveals that alongside the Palestinian Authority's organized support system for terrorists and their families, the Hamas administration has a parallel mechanism with similar characteristics for its imprisoned terrorists, doubling the PA payment.
According to the report, the mechanism - which operates according to tariffs based on the reason for the imprisonment, years of imprisonment and the like - is administered mainly from Gaza by those released from the Shalit deal, but also by Hamas members abroad. Ayin said, "The same terrorist receives money even when he is released. Families of Hamas terrorists are constantly supported through the meeting of various expenses, such as weddings, tuition and debt coverage, as the need arises."
